1. No entry fee, payment or purchase is required.
2. Accepted photos must be sent to us digital in a cd file formatted to at least 300 dpi.
3. Please write your names, e-mail & phone number onto the cd.
4. An individual may submit maximum 5 photographs.

The completed entry form (all information requested must be provided) needs to be mailed in one envelope along with entries in main envelope and mailed to, “ LES ARTS TURCS - ISTANBUL PHOTO CONTEST ” Incili Çavus Sok. No: 37 Kat: 3 Alemdar Mah. 34400 Sultanahmet – ISTANBUL/ TURKEY by cargo or by hand..
6. Please add a label marked “Customs Free” on your cargo envelope.
7. The entries will not be shipped back.
8. “LES ARTS TURCS” has the unrestricted and exclusive rights to use photograph(s) for cultural purpose of the winners of photo contest .
( will be used in website - brochure - catalogues - book - Internet - Tv - Press - Flyer Exhibition,photo events,cds,dvs,videos,clips about competition about competition result. ) Complimentary winning photos / Cd's will be given to the supporters, sponsors & gala visitors.
9. Photography Contest entry period is scheduled until November 01, 2010 enabling photographers to shoot during all seasons in Istanbul.
10. By signing and sending the Entry Form, the participant consents to entry of his or her submission and agrees to the Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters to this contest.
11. “LES ARTS TURCS” is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, delayed, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, postage due, stolen, returned, separated, damaged, or undeliverable entries or mail.
12. For commercial purposes Les Arts Turcs will contact with the artists for the copyrights.
13. Les Arts Turcs has the right to make & withdraw the contest.
